Len Sone is a fun and enthusiastic Self-Empowerment Expert, a Life Coach certified by Certified Coaches Federation, and a Personal Development Writer.  Her articles can be found on many popular personal development websites, and most notably, in the collaborative book ““101 Ways to Enhance Your Career,” which can be purchased on Amazon. Len holds a B.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University.

Once upon a time, Len studied Mathematics at U.C. Berkeley for 3 years before bravely quitting to pursue her happiness. That “strange and difficult” decision turned out to be the best decision she ever made: it was the decision to follow her heart despite what the outside world may think. This led to Len’s discovery of Spiritual Metaphysics and her own power. Today, Len leads her ideal (and completely genuine) life and helps others achieve the same!

A gentle soul at heart, Len likes to work with clients who are sensitive, creative, and want more, much much more, out of life. Being ambitious does not necessarily mean being aggressive and having a type A personality. Because Len is ambitious, yet introspective and childlike, she enjoys helping client overcome all their obstacles creatively and with elegance. She likes to challenge her clients and give them homework, intentionally encouraging them to surpass their self-imposed limitations.

Law of Attraction and specifically Abraham-Hicks Teachings play a major influence in Len’s coaching style. You can have anything you want, you just have to raise your frequency about the subject. Louise Hay’s, Byron Katie’s, and Eckhart Tolle’s work also find their way into Len’s coaching, as well as many other methods she has absorbed and created throughout her own journey. Her coaching is always customized. Len is very intuitive and a lot of times just the right words or image will pop into her mind.

Len loves animals, natural beauty, chic clothes, traveling 1st class, watching movies on the big screen, writing, photoshop, and sipping hot tea in local cafes. She is a citizen of 3 different countries (Serbia, Canada, and USA) and speaks two languages. She has lived in Belgrade, Vancouver, Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Rafael, and Honolulu. She currently resides in San Jose, CA; however, she never knows where she will end up.

We all have an Inner Child / Inner Being, who wants to be free and play all day. It’s absolutely possible to live that way! Life coaching is perfectly aligned with Len’s life purpose and talents, which makes it easy for her to do her job well. In other words, it’s not work, it’s play.
